Together, we'll arm you for battle, train for the conquest, and slay those dragons. And when we're done, you'll be prepared if any try to come back, so you can enjoy the rest of your journey.

I know those thoughts that run through your head. "I'm not good enough. I'm unlovable. I'm powerless. I don't deserve it." These aren't your fault. They're scripts, taught to you by your worst memories, running on repeat in your mind. These intrusive thoughts, feelings, and beliefs - they pile up, getting in the way of your self-esteem, your relationships, your ability to move forward.

But here's what I want you to know: You can overcome this. You can heal. And you don't need to stay in lifelong therapy to do it. When you conquer those dragons and heal the sore spots they've left behind, something amazing happens. Those trigger reactions you've been struggling with? They start to fade away.

    We serve New York and Pennsylvania residents aged 18 and over on an individual basis. We do not work with couples. If you need counseling for your partner as well, we can refer them to another therapist. We find that couples often benefit from completing individual work before seeking couples counseling.
  • Do you offer in-person services?
    Currently, most of our services are provided virtually. We've found that clients prefer phone or video sessions as they: · Are easier to fit into busy schedules · Offer a more comfortable and private environment We do offer in-person sessions for those opting for Intensive Trauma Therapy.
  • Do you take insurance?
